"Room was cosy, bed comfortable with fantastic views with we enjoyed waking up to every morning. The onsen was great with an indoor and outside pool. Staff were very helpful. Shuttles were on time and convenient.
Skiing was amazing too.
Only let down by the food at breakfast. Although there seemed to be a large selection of Japanese food and some western food, it was always lukewarm or cold. Maybe even a few microwaves to heat up the food would have been helpful. "

"We booked this hotel for our honeymoon without much research. It was perfect as it was
ski in,
ski out and right in the centre of town. We went beginning do December which was great for us as you didn’t need to book restaurants and the slopes were quite. However a lot of the runs were just opening or not opened. The only downfall is because some of the rooms are apartments there were a lot of family’s staying so it was pretty noisy at times. "

"The service was faultless - the staff were really lovely helpful. The breakfast was very special - abundant with Japanese and Western options - and with exceptional views from the 10th floor. The onsen was also a fabulous bonus and perfect for unwinding after a big day on the slopes. The hotel itself is looking a little tired and and could do with a refresh. And the location, close to Moizwa
ski lifts, is not the best if you are after the best terrain - Annupuri or Grand Hirafu are much better....

shuttle bus to the base. Nice Breakfast. Restaurant open from 1200-2100 which is convenient."

ski slopes, which is amazing! Lots of eateries nearby, in the Tower Plaza. Discount for rental and
ski pass. Staff very helpful, speaks good English!
considerations: Chalet restaurant doesn’t have many options, it’s overpriced. Room temperature very slow adjustable, either too warm or too chilly. Rain shower doesn’t work. Swimming pool closed. WiFi had problems.
Shuttle bus doesn’t follow the schedule and leave the guests behind. Very stressful to sort it...
