"I think it is completely inappropriate for this to be advertised as a 4 star property. The standard falls below 2 stars at its very best. The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition. "We stayed here because we had already paid and couldn’t cancel, but I wouldn’t choose this place again.
