There was no housekeeping so they didn't clean the room when we were away nor give us fresh towels. The pool wasn’t working. ..."

"They didn't get my expedia reservations. They found a replacement. Unfortunately this was in a building that didn't seem finished. AC didn't work. It was beyond hot in the rooms. Staff was great, but these problems made a bad stay."
