The man pictured is a famous Armenian actor named Frunzik Mkrtchyan (Armenian: Ֆրունզիկ). Mkrtchyan appeared in an enormously popular Soviet-era film known as Mimino. Mkrtchyan’s character in the film is from Dilijan, Armenia.
