Front desk unprofessional, no empathy whatsoever. Absolutely no communications between staff and management. It was obvious that there was no any notification left from the manager. Have been to many countries around the world, all the hotels would accommodate people arriving at any time for free , especially after being in flight for almost 20 hours arriving at 6:00 AM. Even after talking to the manager about early accommodations on the phone before arrival, not only did they make us wait until the "check in time", but insisted that we pay in AMD upfront for early arrival. ( which we didn't have of course). Who makes these rules? Normally hotels add expenses to the guest account to be paid at departure.
