"I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on how they handled a very serious situation with my senior mother. She had an extremely difficult and stressful journey due to unexpected circumstances while traveling, which caused her to miss part of her stay. Despite this being clearly explained, the hotel showed no understanding or flexibility. What was most disappointing is that she is elderly and was traveling alone, yet there was no effort to accommodate her needs or offer even a small gesture of support. We had already paid for the stay, and given the situation, a bit of compassion or a late checkout would have gone a long way. Hospitality should include empathy, especially in urgent situations involving vulnerable guests. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking here"

"Place is old and walls are kind of thin so expect to hear your next door neighbor. Breakfast is good. Clean but old. Amazing staff. ( they made me a sandwich to take because my flight was early morning and I could not get breakfast! "

"Location is good, everything was good and because April is still winter for them there is no AC, room is so hot, I almost got a nose bleed because of the huminidty inside the room. You can only open the window 2 inch, there is almost no air going in, and it is so noisy outside. I won’t recommend this hotel if you want to rest during March and April its too hot! but the location is good."

"I loved my stay here. You are within walking distance to all of the close sites and next to a park and a busy market. The staff treat you very well and the room upgrade certainly provided me a very relaxing stay. The only problem was that I didn't stay here long enough! The breakfast options were great, there is food and drinks onsite and everything went perfectly. The bed and pillows were also quite comfortable , along with the couch. I received excellent sleep here. One note, there was no AC in the room when I was there in mid-March, but it was cool enough outside to just open a window, so it wasn't a big deal whatsoever. I'm very glad I chose this hotel for my stay. I'd stay here again and would highly recommend it! "
