The first day, we found insects in the bed, behind the pillows. Three and big ones. We informed them, showed them pictures, send them on whatsapp comment also, they did not even get back to us or say anthing 😅 like if it is very normal. Sofa was not clean also. It s black and blue so dirt can not be seen, but the moment you seat on it, your full body will be itching. Even in the bed that was the same thing, so we had to remove the full bedsheets and ask to change it. This also makes for the surroundings being pleasently quiet as there's basically no traffic. I got upgraded to a suite which was one of the nicer rooms I've ever stayed in at a hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only downside really is that the hotel doesn't serve breakfast.
