"We had a good stay overall. Room was spacious and clean. A few minor issues were that the room seemed to be not very well insulated from sound. We could easily hear the guests in the next room over through the lock-off door, and their TV too. Not great for privacy. Also the seals on the room door were visibly falling off. The water pressure was a bit low, especially on the sink. The hotel seemed mostly renovated, except for a few things. The elevator looked a bit beat up, and was out of order on one of the days we stayed. The windows looked pretty old compared to the rest of the room, and did not block out the highway noise very well. The breakfast was typical free hotel breakfast. Eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. I just wish it ran until 10am everyday, and not just only on weekends. All the staff were nice to us. It'd be nice if there was another towel rack or hooks for hanging more items in the bathroom."

"The staff was fine and the room was fine, but I was disappointed that there was no tub. The listing said Tub or shower, and I wasn't asked or told there was no tub in that room. I was too exhausted to ask for a different room. I also do not think you should be charging extra for parking. There is nowhere else to park but in the garage, and there is also nothing at all nearby to qualify for a need to protect the parking space from outsiders. Felt a bit like extortion to be told upon check-in that you have to pay for parking when there were about 10 cars total in the entire garage. Additionally, the fire alarm went off at 6:30 a.m. (not the hotel's fault!) because some fool was smoking in their room, but guests should have been offered a refund on the parking or a free breakfast (you also have to pay for breakfast!) for the nasty inconvenience of being woken up at 6:30 and having to vacate. Luckily, it hadn't started snowing out yet! The mini Starbucks in the lobby is nice and the hotel room was clean. Elevators and stairwells should be much better marked. The Stairwell simply says Exit and you cannot see the elevator sign from down the hall. All of this was vital info when trying to vacate the building during the fire alarm (and as I was sleepy, I momentarily forgot that you shouldn't use an elevator in case of a fire)."

"Everything was good! appreciated all the breakfast options but the week I was there they only had the menu advertised as such once. couple trash cans in our room didn't have a trash bag, out of the 4 days we stayed we only got our room serviced once so i did have to go ask for extra trash bags and for room service to get extra towels. another downside was the pool being closed and not being mentioned as 'temporarily closed on website" my family and I booked 4 rooms and the reason why we booked this hotel was to fill our day with swimming for the kids.. I did ask for for a small refund but never got an answer about it."
