"This is a very honest Hotel! It’s absolutely a budget offering, but it does what it says on the tin. I wasn’t overwhelmed with breakfast, but it was fine. No issues with not having a restaurant, there’s lots of great options a short walk away, super super convenient for the train and metro as well. Rooms are small as befits budget hotel, but clean, sensibly laid out and most importantly well soundproofed!!! I was close to the lift so could hear that, but no noise bleed through from other rooms at all, which is actually really rare and very much appreciated! If you want plush, this isn’t for you. If you want a clean, sensible well priced hotel then give this a look. I booked really early for the Ironman weekend, but cannot grumble at around £450 for five nights! "

"Really fun and unique property with a cute theme! We loved how big the rooms were and the views of the canal were lovely. Clean as well with good amenities and an easy check-in/check-out process. Very close to Tivoli Gardens & an easy walk to Vesterbro, the Palace and museums. Also had bikes on site to rent which we utilized and made travel around town so much easier!"

"The staff are fabulous, they really make this hotel great. Superb service, knowledgeable and friendly. Lobby, room and facilities were clean and comfortable and just what we wanted and needed. Great location for transport, breakfast and orher meals and central for a lot of the places we wanted to go. I will come back to this hotel for sure. Lovely stay and great four days in Copenhagen."

Big shout out to Stephan who was fantastic - so friendly and genuinely went out of his way to make our stay great. It’s rare to find someone who goes that extra mile. "I was a little hesitant to book here based on some mixed reviews, but I’m very glad that I did. My daughter and I actually stayed here twice, for one night at the beginning of our trip before getting on our cruise to Norway and then stayed another night after we disembarked the ship and before we flew home. We stayed one night in a room not overlooking the canal which was fine, especially because we were tired after a long flight so didn’t care too much about a view. We did upgrade to a canal view room for the other night we stayed and I was glad we did- very nice view but also quiet. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location could not have been better - quick walk to Nyhavn and to lots of great restaurants and other attractions and to a metro stop (which we took to the main train station to catch the train to Malmo, Sweden… that was a very easy and lovely day trip we did on our final day). The hotel was clean and very quiet. The restaurant aye aye was a little pricy but we had a very good dinner. The one worry that I had after reading reviews was that the room might not be cool enough for sleeping - reviewers complained that the AC did not really work. I have to say that I actually slept fine, despite being someone who normally gets hot while sleeping and the AC (I’m not sure if it’s actually AC or just some sort of air circulation but you can control it within your room) was not very cold or powerful … but again, I actually slept just fine both nights. "
