"The buffet breakfast was very good with a larger variety than others we had experienced. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was tight and we were wondering why some got rooms with assigned parking and others had to compete for the limited spaces. I had no idea this would be the situation or I might have been willing to pay for not having to worry about parking. Once parked, we were afraid to go anywhere with the car for fear that we wouldn’t be able to park on return. There was also a convention going on at the hotel, which made the entry and exit tricky as the hotel had set up a large tent near the lobby doors. We had to drive in to the lobby area for check-in / checkout and then back out the same way we came in. The lobby was noisy and crowded, but the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and the proximity to a beautiful beach was a plus. "

"Check in great. Nice property but smaller then expected. Compared to photos online its quite small and all units are very ontop if eachother. People and cars are easily heard when in the bedroom as its infront of carparks and walkway. We had a one bedroom apartment which was nice and clean and had all amenities needed for a short stay. Bathroom is very modern and nice. Our shampoo and body wash wasn't filled up before we checked in and there was unfortunately moisturiser which was a shame. We used the pool which was good but spa was not a spa (water same temp as pool). Jump pillows you must pay extra for and can only be used by kids. Overall it was a nice stay on the great ocean road but as its advertised as a resort we expected much more for the price. "

"Tired apartment hotel. Room is very well sized but lots of noise and light from other rooms comes in through windows. Our dryer was broken and we also found previous guests dirty clothes which is never nice. Needs a refurb. Location is sensational though !"

"Arrived just after 4.00pm and surprised to find Reception locking up (although promotional material indicated Reception open till 8pm). Got there in the nick of time!) they said they had sent a message to say key was under the mat at my assigned room - but I couldn’t access the message …I hate to think if I had arrived a minute later where I would have been left! "
