Staff were very helpful and very accommodating of any requests! Ample parking. Rooms were somewhat dated but clean and comfortable to stay in. Great location close to the main strip in Lorne. Overall, great value for money and would recommend.

I think my feeling about this motel is it was very ordinary. Check in was tricky because the man on reception did not speak English. The outside area was a bit grubby. Room was dated and just clean enough. Not great. But sheets were obviously professionally laundered and bed was comfy.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The room a good size with a kitchenette. It was quiet and very convenient, easy walking distance to shops and beach. Check in was easy. The price for that area was fantastic, you won't find better value. It's not new and if you expect luxury go pay 4 times the amount somewhere else for similar facilities. This place kicks goals for position, meeting needs and value for money. Will stay again. The family who run it are friendly and kind.

I had read the reviews regarding cleanliness. However our room was very clean. The surfaces were clean. Bathroom clean. And carpet was good. Very hot water. There was a bar heater and an air conditioner. Really for the money we were very pleased

Light in kitchen didn't work, light over mirror in bathroom didn't work. Showerhead kept falling down when having a shower. Cobwebs and dust - only one dinner plate. No one at reception to speak to about it. Bed was comfortable.

The first impression of the building was not too impressive and our greeting was not very professional. It was good value for money and the facilities were fine, but there was thick surface dust on a cupboard shelf and cobwebs were visible which put me off.

Lorne is a cute town. I enjoyed the stay here. The room is tidy and large, there is even a coach for us to chill. The view outside the room is pleasant too.

We only needed a one night stop and perfect for that with comfy bed. Garden area needed a gd tidy up and luckily there was someone there who rang to get us checked in as office unmanned on a Monday. Older style and dated but was perfect for our requirements

Motel is conveniently located for the shops and restaurants in Lorne. It is run down and the rooms badly need some TLC. On the plus side the bed was clean and comfortable.
