"Very disappointed with the property, location boarded on a construction site. Parking was also difficult and not always available. Venue was more like an AirBNB than a hotel and on the hotels.com site the room shown and the price we paid, was not what we were provided with. "

"Our cabin was clean and comfortable. It was in a nice quiet area of the park. Within walking distance to the shops in Apollo Bay. "

"This is an awesome place to stay! You get the experience of staying in the outdoors with the comfort of a hotel. The check-in process after hours was a bit tough. The key was left for me at the office, but finding the cabin in the dark was tricky since there wasn't great signage. Overall though, we saw some koalas in the morning and the cabin itself was clean and in good shape. "

"Arrived just after 4.00pm and surprised to find Reception locking up (although promotional material indicated Reception open till 8pm). Got there in the nick of time!) they said they had sent a message to say key was under the mat at my assigned room - but I couldn’t access the message …I hate to think if I had arrived a minute later where I would have been left! "Helpful friendly staff and our 2 rooms were recently renovated although furniture was a bit tired. Had a nice view but balconies old.Overall the property needed a major external renovation and the garden an overhaul. Overpriced for standard of property compared to others we stayed at during our 4 day road trip."
