Lovely old charm hotel with excellent staff well located to public transport. The set meal in the brasserie was outstanding - prepared by the Michelin stared chef - but delivered in a relaxed manner overlooking the Amsel river. Highly recommended.

10/10 hotel. Second time staying here. Rooms are spacious and stunning decor (altho some wear and tear in the rooms). The jet bath is incredible! The breakfast buffet is also great, lots of choices depending on what you fancy. I do think some of the food could be seasoned better but still good. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel so easy connections to central Amsterdam and other places. Room service pizza is quick and delicious. All in all a fabulous stay and would recommend for...

Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them. Real quirky hotel, totally different from anything I have stayed in before, but in a good way. Free wine hour in the early evening! would totally recommend this hotel.

One night stay for business, but I can easily see travelling back for pleasure at the rate I paid. 10 minutes from the airport by train, and similiar to the centre by Metro...actually it is walkable which is what I did. Super clean, modern hotel with all the amenities you could need.

Hotel was beautiful. Only 2 minutes from the metro station and only a short ride into the centre. Will definitely be booking this hotel again next year.

Small details in the room always matter, snacks in the fridge, coffe for your morning, conditioner, shampoo and bodywash from local premises are just a sparkling inside of my room. 10/10 in cleanliness. This well situated hotel provided the perfect setting for a 50th birthday treat. The room had a lovely view over the canal and the staff were friendly, helpful but not intrusive. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel but the dining area provided complementary tea and coffee in the afternoon which we felt was a thoughtful touch. Definitely a special event destination.
