This oceanfront condo boasts the perfect balance of sophisticated, tropical décor while still providing a relaxing getaway. Escape reality in this spacious condo with unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean. Each bedroom in this beautiful unit is tastefully adorned with flat-screen televisions, linens and décor. This unit has both a primary suite as well as a junior suite and all bedrooms inclued an ensuite bathroom. The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, walk-in closet, and private sliding glass door to the sprawling balcony. The ensuite primary bathroom has an over-sized walk-in shower with a handheld shower head, double vanity and oval garden tub. The oceanfront junior suite contains a king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite full bathroom, Smart TV, and a private sliding glass door to the extended balcony. The guest bedroom is located near the front of the condo and contains a queen bed, Smart TV, and ensuite full bathroom. The guest bathroom has two entrances, one to the guest bedroom and one to the hallway. The guest bathroom holds a walk-in shower with a handheld shower head. The cutting edge health & fitness center allow you to exercise while surrounded by the peace of the ocean. The security answering system at the entrance and secured underground parking allows for peace of mind and exclusivity while on your beach getaway. The oceanfront pool and hot tub are surrounded by an oceanfront sun deck. Step down from the pool area to enjoy the large barbeque area with plenty of seating for an oceanfront picnic and even a fire pit! After enjoying your freshly grilled meal, step into the oceanfront garden oasis and enjoy lush landscaping surrounded by the serenity of the ocean. To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed. The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. This place is amazing and the photos don’t do it justice. The interior was totally updated and so clean. The views on this 21st floor were to die for! I saw seagulls flying by, ocean for miles, and sunrises every morning. I even saw dolphins a few times! The beds were sooooo comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed so we almost never went out to eat. I worked remote and the WiFi was very fast. Hosted friends one weekend and they were equally impressed. The other residents, HOA, and the host were all very kind and helpful. I was worried about people being uptight while my kids played in the pool but people were so kind and no dirty looks when the kids splashed around. I loved the parking space in the garage.
