If you love the beach but hate the crowds, Sea Fern is the perfect choice for your next vacation in Daytona Beach Shores. This very small complex sits on one of the few sections of no-drive beach in the area, giving you a quiet, vehicle-free stretch of sand right outside. Being a smaller complex, you'll almost always be able to find a chair by the seasonally heated pool, no matter the time of year.

The elegant living room offers comfortable furnishings and a smart TV, all while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The oceanfront primary suite features a king bed, a smart TV and its own private entrance to the oceanfront balcony. The ensuite primary bathroom includes a low-ledge walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed, a full over twin bunk bed and a smart TV, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Altogether, the condo comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests.

The oversized oceanfront balcony is the true highlight, filled with an abundance of patio furniture. It's rare to find an oceanfront balcony this large, complete with sun loungers, easy chairs and an outdoor dining set. It's the perfect spot to listen to the seagulls and the waves crashing onto the shore.

This condo includes one covered, assigned parking space. Visitor parking is available but very limited due to the small size of the complex, so we highly recommend bringing only one vehicle, as visitor parking cannot be guaranteed. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
