### Oceanfront Sand Dollar Condo 601

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Sand Dollar Building Is Being Completely Renovated To Be Updated And Safe For Our Guests Due To Previous Hurricane Damage. Construction At The Building Will Be Ongoing Through The Winter And Possibly Into Summer. Hurricane Milton Also Created A Structural Issue For Our Pool Deck So The Pool And Hot Tub Will Be Closed Until It Is Safe For Our Guests. Beach Access Will Also Not Be Available From The Pool Area, Though It Is A Very Short Walk From The Front Of Our Building Past One Complex To The Beach. Rates Have Been Updated To Reflect The Inconvenience.   
Direct oceanfront views that will take your breath away! Two bedroom, two bath condo rental in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores, Florida. This unit has fabulous views from the extra large private balcony and sleeps 6\. Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, balcony access with connected master bath with walk- in shower. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen TV with connected guest bath with tub and shower. New queen size sleeper sofa and loveseat in the living room with flat screen TV. Fully equipped kitchen includes a full-sized microwave, glass top stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, plus all the dishes, utensils and glassware you need to relax at your home away from home. Full sized washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit.   
Secure Underground Parking (7’ height clearance) for one vehicle. Heated oceanfront pool, Fitness center, 2 Saunas, Jacuzzi Hot Tub and FREE WiFi included. Sorry, no pets allowed in building.
