"Overall the property was ok they are doing a lot of renovation to it. From the ouside kinda rough looking. Lobby was nice some upper floors have not been redone. The room we had was on the small side but worked good for us 3 . Price was reasonable for being dayton 500 weekend. They had a small tiki bar outside by pool area. Although the pool was not full after they retiled it it did look nice and was full by the time we checked out. Didnt see if they had the hot tub up and going yet. There is...

"The ROOM was indeed BEAUTIFULLY REMODELED with basic amenities. The owners were both great, communicating well and answered in a timely manner. However, THE BUILDING IS FALLING APART. The ceiling tiles are missing exposing wires. The hallways have a very unpleasant smell probably the mildewed carpet and smoke infused walls.
