Daytona Ocean View Modern Studio w/ Kitchen and Amenities!

Beautiful beach, river and pool views from this modern deluxe studio. 2 queen beds, large sleeper sectional, kitchen w/ all necessary cooking accessories, dining table to eat at or do any comouter work you may have.
This unit can sleep up to 5, but a maximum of 4 adults.
Less than 2 miles from the Daytona Lagoon Waterpark, Oceanwalk, & Convention Center and Bandshell.
Resort boasts a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tiki bar, fitness center, under cover parking, coin laundry facilities. Newly renovated lobby w/seating area, TV and magazines.
We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral.

Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion!

New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone!

If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area.

The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!

Christmas Stay

Communication was fabulous with our host, even on Christmas Day! The facility is clean and well supplied, as well as there was plenty of room for two adults and one preteen for the two overnights we were in town. It never hurts that we were staying right on the beach! I know we will consider staying here again when visiting family in Daytona!

Close to the beach

Loved being on the water! The breakfast or lunch from the tiki bar is excellent. Slept like on a vacation should feel. Had such a great coffee and kitchen setup. Easy walk or short uber to anywhere. 10/10 recommend

Summer Getaway for 4th of July

Location of property to everything around was awesome. Lots of shops, restaurants and just about anything else you’d ever need all within a 5-10 min drive. Was here over 4th of July and was able to sit on the beach and watch fireworks from the boardwalk and then some from all around the area. The building in which the condo is located is under construction still from the hurricane so our floor is a little bit of an eye sore (not the owners fault and we knew before hand all of this). The pool area was very nice and the kids all loved it. All the staff at the building were pleasant. Check in was easy as was check out.

misleading......

horrible stay - freezer froze all foods, no closet space as it was locked. very poor communication. had to figure out my parking and had to log on to the computer in lobby by self. Called Owner night arrived - no call back whole stay. hot tub had stones in - and was advised it was up to par when asked. never stay here again. beach was great, but that had nothing to do with the place. very misleading from pictures. don't trust this lady. Tried speaking with her after the fact - and she could care less.very disappointing
