This 5th floor, oceanfront condo boasts sophisticated décor while still providing a relaxing getaway. Escape reality in this spacious condo with over 2000 square feet of living space and unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean and intercostal waterways. Each room in this beautiful unit is tastefully adorned with brand new furniture, televisions, linens and decorations. The master suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, and is directly on the ocean with a private sliding glass door to the balcony. The Master Bathroom has an over sized walk in shower, double vanity and an oval garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is situated next to the second bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a private bathroom, and amazing views of the Halifax River. Every bedroom contains a flat panel television complete with digital cable. Enjoy relaxing evenings in your oceanfront living room on comfortable furnishings and your wall mounted flat panel television. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. The garage doors to the parking deck do not work we were told that they have not worked in over a month. This lead to my e bike being stolen. It was parked in the bike rack in the garage and yes I should have locked it but it was gone in one day. That’s when we found out that the camera system at this facility does not work and after 4:30 pm there is no security to enforce any of there pool and spa rules. Let’s move to the actual condo. The living room furniture is way past needing replacement and when I contacted the leasing company they told me that they would get us some new furniture but that never happened.There are several artificial plants that are covered in dust and so are the end tables and the coffee table. The grout in the master bathroom shower has a lot of mold on it and the bath towels are very used and rough.This unit is in need of a deep cleaning and some upgrades. This was the most that I had ever paid for a rental and do not believe that I received what I paid for. I will never lease from this company or stay at the condo building again. ##### Michael C. Not too busy but close to go things for daily activities. Spacious three bedroom condo. Beautiful views on all three sides. The condo had most of things we needed. A few comments on negative side.
