Once we went back later on Check-in was so quick the staff had taken our luggage to our room which was very nice. I was sceptical about staying in a capsule hotel and I only booked it because of the price. Less than £50 (special offer price) for a night a couple of hundred yards from Oxford Street is an absolute bargain.
I did message my wife to say this is either going to be really good or I'm going to get no sleep at all. As it was I slept really well.
The vending machines worked without any problems even for alcohol purchases requiring digital I.D. But I do think a price of £4.50 for an extra towel...

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)
