We stayed for 1 night - On arrival early morning the Reception Staff were very professional- friendly and allowed us to drop our luggage off before we could check in. Once we went back later on Check-in was so quick the staff had taken our luggage to our room which was very nice. Overall very good value for money

I was sceptical about staying in a capsule hotel and I only booked it because of the price. Less than £50 (special offer price) for a night a couple of hundred yards from Oxford Street is an absolute bargain. I did message my wife to say this is either going to be really good or I'm going to get no sleep at all. As it was I slept really well. The vending machines worked without any problems even for alcohol purchases requiring digital I.D. But I do think a price of £4.50 for an extra towel...

Great hotel. Short walk from Paddington. Near restaurants and shops. Room was very clean. Basic facilities but bathroom, kettle and TV were all that were needed so it was perfect. Will be staying again.

Great hotel but very warm, nice shower good location. A little pricey for what you get but would stay again. Was told would get an upgrade but never happened.

Had a lovely stay and was warmly greeted by reception. The room was cosy and I appreciated the extra pillow and blanket on the bed. The room and bathroom was also very clean and decorated to a good standard. Would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel & great location

I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. It really feels like a special place. The staff all get the balance of attentive & friendly right. If we needed anything they seemed to arrive at just the right time. First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Absolutely loved this hotel ❤️ from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff and service are exceptional as is the hotel and facilities. Couldn’t fault anything at all.
