"We had such a great time staying in Rachel's space. The building is located right in a lovely area of Marblehead, and the space itself was just what we were looking for. It was small but well laid out, with everything we needed for a great weekend. The best part was Rachel's communication. The check-in was effortless. She was incredibly responsive to questions and very helpful in her responses. She sets an extremely high bar for future rentals like this."

"I selected Gary’s property primarily because of the proximity of the Boston Convention center (We were able to walk there in about 15 minutes!), but the access to everything in downtown Boston was also fantastic. We were able to catch an Uber to anywhere we wanted to go in no more than 30 minutes. One small side note, there are 5 wall hanging artworks within the home that feature nude women; those with children or otherwise sensitive may wish to know."

"5 stars! Wonderful place, incredible views right on the beach. Don't know what we enjoyed more - sunrise coffee or sunset bourbon on the deck. Great location - everything you need just a few minutes away and Salem is only around 45 minutes to the south. Check in/out very easy with great instructions and timely, easy communication with your host. Thank you!"

"We enjoyed our stay! We loved having our coffee in the little garden in the mornings before we left for a day of exploring! We would recommend that the porch entry way drain be repaired. There was rain while we were there and had to walk in water to get in the door. Other than that we had a wonderful trip."

"The location is perfect. Quick access to downtown JP and the T to Boston. Franklin Park was part of our daily activity for a nature walk. Things we look for in VRBOs: comfy beds, clean, good common gathering space. A+ across the board. The seating in the living could use a few more seats since you could have 9 people sleeping in the apartment, but we made use of the giant dining table in the open kitchen and living area. For the 5 of us, it was more than ample! The space is incredibly clean...

And if you want to go for a walk at the Boston Harborwalk, it’s only less than half a mile away. We will definitely book this condo next time we go back to Boston. "Very beautiful, directly in the heart of the city.. if you plan on staying make sure you find a parking garage within commutable distance. Directly next to Berkeley college so there is a lot of activity during weekend nights. Overall great place to stay!"
