This beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bath ground floor condo can sleep 6 and was designed to be a relaxing and convenient place to call home after busy days exploring Boston. You can hop on public transportation to get around the city, enjoy Somerville\`s restaurants, cafe and shopping scene, including bustling Davis Square and trendy Union Square or visit nearby universities from our condo as your home base. We also offer this unit in conjunction with our 2 bedroom unit, if you want more space to spread out! This is our primary residence and the downstairs bedroom is ours when we are there. We\`re happy to help with suggestions, but we will never be overbearing. You have full and private access to the condo, with the exception of one locked bedroom, as this unit is my primary residence. There are two other rental units in this building, but your condo has a private entrance with no shared space. An Uber or Lyft to the city is cheap and super quick (10-15 minutes depending on Boston traffic, of course). We are close to public transportation, which is also a quick ride into the city. Please remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend\`s home and we will do our best to make you feel like you\`re a friend staying with us! We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever. Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees. While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays. We feel that the blame is being placed on us for not communicating that the a/c was off when we arrived, however, we turned it on and it was fine, at least until the next day...so there was no reason to tell them at the time. There was no problems that evening, it was just turned off, therefore the house was very warm and we did not arrive until after 7pm in the evening. We should not arrive at our rental to an 89 degree house when the temp outside is well over 90 degrees. The owners use an app to control it, therefore, they should have been well aware it was turned off. Also, it should be publicized there is an eye-level window in the master shower. Any woman tall enough would be giving a free peep show. There is no frost or privacy glass. There is an auto repair business directly outside on that side of the house and we experienced overnight construction, also on that side of the house as there is a major road there as well, which was another frustrating experience, especially given the window in the shower.The house was beautiful and the right amount of space for us. The owners were responsive when we realized late in the afternoon of day two that there was an a/c issue and in an attempt to resolve our disappointment, offered a refund of (1) night's rent. ##### Thomas S. Weather wasn’t good but one day, but that’s Mother Nature. Would differently stay at this house again.
