"The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. The room not that clean as I would expect. Loved the room with fridge and snacks. I had no other problems. The facilities are excellent. Alots of parking available. "

"The staff were lovely and anttentive, the food was great and the hotel is conveniently located. Overall, a decent stay but not good enough to return. It is looking rather dated now and needs some TLC. The rooms are bland and could do with a picture or two and the spa area isn’t the best, it needs a clean if I’m honest! "

"I stayed at the Wilson for a couple of nights when working in nearby Whitby, a ten minute drive away. Sneaton is a quiet hamlet near to Ruswarp and is very quiet so great for a peaceful night of sleep. The bed at the Wilson was comfortable with clean crisp bedding. The room was on the small side as it was the attic of the Wilson BUT I was there to sleep after long work days. The room was well set out with a window looking out to the coast, two chairs were placed near the window so I enjoyed my cup of tea on waking. The car park was large enough to afford plenty of spaces to choose from. The downstairs bar and restaurant looked to be very nice, however, I missed out on both as I was an early start and late finish so also missed out on breakfast "

"Spa and facilities were nice and clean. Only issue was the church bells that rang quite frequently and they were noisy. However overall was a lovely night away."

"We stayed at Gisborough Hall to celebrate my husband's birthday. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Our Saturday meal at the restaurant was excellent. The staff were all friendly and helpful"
