"Booked a cosy room with a sea view though currently there is scaffolding on one side of the hotel but still ok. Our room was basic and very dated. Bed was comfy enough though and the shower also good. The tv in our room only had bbc channels unfortunately. Room was okay for a one night stay. "

"Hotel was in a great location close to main routes to Darlington and Middlesbrough. It was also close to Teeside Park which has an array of shops, a cinema and lots of eating options. The hotel was modern and clean with a good gym, check in was seamless and the staff were polite and helpful. I would definitely stay there again! "

"Great hotel, nice clean room, a bit on the small side but more than adequate for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was quite nice with a decent selection of food. Staff were pleasant although I did have to ask twice for a receipt for a coffee I bought from the bar. The server inadvertently put the receipt in the till and went on to serve someone else."
