"I loved the quiet and woodsy feeling away from the busy touristy streets , yet at walking distance from shops and restaurants. Our room was nicely decorated and comfortable. In particular, the bed sheets were very comfortable and silky feeling. We loved the complimentary long robes and slippers.. the staff was friendly and helpful. "

"An older property with a facelift that is built into the cliff side gives European style vibes and easy beach access with an incredible view but prepare for lots of stairs and not so modern heat / air options. We had a plumbing issue with water and debris backing up into our bathroom sink overnight likely caused by years of people rinsing their sandy clothes in the sink which isn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault."

"The room was nice, the view great. No mention when booking that the hotel was undergoing major renovation. The check in lobby was in basement parking area. Due to construction, there should have been some relief to the $45 a night parking fee and $35 a night resort fee."
