I did not like this place is very dirty. The bed has lice, and the bathroom smells really bad in one night the changed my room three times because of the filth. This is the most disgusting hotel experience I had in my life I paid for one week and I had to get out of the place, next day I do not recommend it to anybody. The only thing good in the place is the staff they were helpful but helpless

A great hotel to stay when in Dammam!
We love the hotel! The service is excellent, the receptionists are professional and caring, the doorman is efficient. The ONLY 'complaint' is the signage for Careem and Uber drivers to find the driveway to the hotel is not clear from the street! LOL. Mapping Apps show the location of the hotel on the street, directly in front of the main front door....but that is no help to the hire drivers. Perhaps the hotel could put better signage on the street (in Arabic and English) to help drivers to find the front door! Otherwise- we love the hotel and the Italian restaurant has a limited menu, but everything we have eaten there over 3 different visits has been excellent!

Rooms are a bit outdated, but it is worth the stay. Conveniently located and has everything you need. Staff are really nice too. Definitely coming back.

Nice place to stay in Dammam
Hotel is a bit old, but they tried to make sure that it meets the expectation. Rooms sizes are fine, and bed was pretty comfortable.. Bathroom is a bit outdated, but no issues with the water or anything. Many parking spaces in front of the hotel, nice pool and spa, and decent breakfast as well. Shopping mall right across the street so staying here is quite comfortable. Not to mention, here they have multiple restaurants, you have variety of options if you don't want to leave the hotel, and this is absolutely a plus. I am definitely coming back again.

I think I will go there again.. 8/10
I enjoyed my 3 days stay at Sheraton Dammam. I arranged several meetings at the lobby and I was happy with the services. Likewise, I thought restaurants there were also great. I visited the Japanese/ Chinese resturant on top gloor as well as a resturant at lower level. Both had nice food with very reasonable prices.

1) There was some constructions going on the 20&21 floor. Thus, they had to gave me a "smoking room" so I wouldn't be disturbed from the constructions going on. 2) I went into the room, the smell was horrible, the bathroom was dirty, the towels were dirty and smelly. And the minute I pulled the bed cover away THERE WERE SOME CLEAR STAINS on the bed sheets!! I believe it's blood /chocolate stains or maybe something even worse. 3) I called room services and they come and wanted to change the sheets. The housemaid confirmed that he changed the sheets himself as if he's accusing me of the stains, and the stains were not that bad!! STAINS ARE STAINS no matter how big or small they are! 4) I asked to change the room not only the sheets. First they had the nerve to ask me to change the room type (queen to double bed) instead of offering me something better!!. the manager stepped in and offered a new room(same type), late checkout, and a fruit basket. the manager was kind. yet I wouldn't go back or recommend this hotel to anyone! This is a Hygiene issue.
