"Really impressed with this property. Fully equipped, modern, lots of space, and being that it was not too close to the main area, it was peaceful. I could walk to restaurants (I'm a bit of a walker), and taxis were easy to arrange, and only cost a few dollars. The staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful and easy-going. I enjoyed my stay and will certainly stay again if I return to Da Lat. Highly recommended! "

"The first night the beds were dirty. cockroaches were coming from the ceiling. after this terrible night, they clean the room and it was much better. overall, the stuff was nice but did not really try to make an extra effort to communicate and help. the hotel had a strange feeling about it - they said it's full but it was quiet as a grave... not recommended!"

"Totally unique room inside the crazy house park. No real mod cons eg tv, but had comfy bed, jug and good bathroom. But you stay there as the place is crazy, Not for you if you want 5 star "

"The hotel is in a great location- right in the centre and close to everything. The hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable. Western breakfast was limited to toast, but they had really delicious jam. The best thing about the hotel was the staff, they are really friendly and go above and beyond. Would stay here again!"

"Booked a villa and it was spacious. However it looked rundown compared to the photos. They really should update the photos or maintain the place to look like the photos at the least. Everything is a little far from the hotel so unless you rented a car or have a driver it is hard finding a cab. They staff at the train cafe is very nice though. "

"People beware!!! The picture you see is not what it is. The lobby is a coffee shop that plays very loud music the whole day. Staff does not speak English. I do not consider this a hotel. Does not look like they are washing their linens and towels. Dirty linens, dirty towels, blankets are broken and they didn't even bother to fix, room is suffocating that other guests are opening the doors of their unit just to have air circulation, children running in the corridors, moldy walls, stinky...
