Great stay. The hotel is in a great location- right in the centre and close to everything. The hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable. Appreciate english is not the first language but for a hotel that welcomes tourists a better understanding is required. On last morning there was no hot water for shower, after numerous attempts by phone, including saying water botles were available, a person came to the room. I turned on the hot water tap for both the sink and shower, held my hand under the water and said cold not hot. The person then attempted to show me how to use the shower, which said the water is still not hot. He went away and returned with bottles of shower gel and shampoo, which I said he doesn't understand.
