The staff were awesome, informative and accommodating. The rooms were spotless and very big. We were a little hesitant from the room sizes stated on various websites. We had the ant room and the tiger room. I don't understand why this place isn't packed. We arrived at 8am, having also booked the previous night, and got to tour the entire place with almost no one there. The grounds are amazing. Luckily you'll be awake, as loud maintenance work starts at 7am. The employees are so nice. Even when they are dealing with hordes of day visitors, they take the time to be helpful. I loved the quiet chance to explore in the evenings and early mornings. We had the Ant Room, more easily accessed than some others. If you have trouble with stairs or a lot of luggage you should get something close to the ground because their stairs are very unusual. We even had people pulling on our doors to try to get in. It is loud all day with people talking, yelling, laughing, etc. right outside your door Also, the amenities in the room are abysmal. They give you one bath towel per person--no wash cloths, no hand towels, etc. There was one tiny shampoo (the size of an individual ketchup packet) and one tiny bar of soap. It was difficult to find anyone to help you. We had to bring our bags down the stairs by ourselves because we could not find anyone. Breakfast was very limited. Keep looking for another hotel.
