"Excellent location for Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station. Nice area with cafes etc off the Main Street. Only downside were wobbly tired stools to sit on, lack of toiletries and it was very hot although a portable fan was provided. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful."

"A great night, located right next to the Hammersmith and minutes from the picadilly line. My wife and I stayed for the evening and attended Queens to watch some tennis for the first time. The staff were accommodating and facilities were nice. It was easy to get too having travelled from Bristol, and the access to London (for two of us who haven’t been very often) loved it."

Room was well prepared and mostly clean, but let down by the carpet - it was in dire need of a wash. Unfortunately I didnt have time to highlight to the staff directly during checkout. However I'd still recommend based on the character of the place and the excellent staff."

"I loved the old artistic decoration and flowers growing in backyard. The Pub served great food. Staff were exceptionally friendly and nice hospitality. What i did not realize I was too old for carrying my luggage on narrow steps; going out of room to bathroom or showering. I am done with college dorm lifestyle for my own safety of a possible fall downwards with my big feet on narrow steps. Sorry!"

The daily breakfast was tasty and there were several options to choose. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. We shared a bathroom on the top floor. The bathroom and shower area were clean. "This little B & B was a gem, it was in a lovely area with some nice pubs and restaurants. Karen the host was really friendly and made us a gorgeous full English and nothing was too much trouble. Our local was the Horse and Chains 1 min further up the road. It was the perfect stay for our trip to Wembley as there was a train station close by and a uber was only £15.00. We thought the price, as it was advertised as a B & B, included breakfast but we paid extra for breakfast on arrival, however it...

"Great location! Place is small but nice. Got a room on the top floor and the view is great. Plenty of good restaurants and pubs nearby. Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station are a 10 minute walk. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. When you step out of the front door you immediately know that you are in London. No elevator but I was traveling with just one small bag. "
