We had 15 people stay at the house and hosted meals there. What a perfect spot! Communication was top-notch and they were so willing to work with me on the itinerary and allowing for our group meals. "Close enough was a clean, comfortable, roomy home. It was an easy walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet without a lot of traffic. The best part is that our dogs were able to join our family vacation. We had a great time. I was sad to leave."

"This home is a gem. The only issue is that the HVAC unit/heat pump couldn't keep the interior temperature above 62 degrees (without using the emergency heat function) on nights when the outside temperature was in the mid-forties."

"When we arrived, there was maintenance crew working on the home so we could not enter originally, then we found out they were spraying the mold thats in the master bedroom closet. The maintenance crew was confused they thought we were coming the next day. The smell was absolutely disgusting and gave us a headache all weekend. The only thing decent about the play was the location, very close to the beach access point since it’s across the street. Location 8/10. House 1/10."
