Home was as advertised, clean, and owner was very helpful when I had a question. Definitely a gem! Hope to stay there again on our next trip to the beach!

Clean, cozy and convenient!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean, beds were comfy, and location couldn’t be better! Walk to beach, and our favorite restaurant, Island Grille was so quick and easy! Will definitely stay again!

Perfect quick beach stay!

We just came in for 1 night for a wedding and during a storm, but the hosts were so flexible with us and allowed us to check out later the following day since the storm cleared and it was a beautiful day! The house was clean, beds and furniture were very comfortable and the location is great and very walkable!

This was a fantastic vacation location. Owner was very receptive and made it a welcoming stay. Even with bad weather, she went above and beyond to help us enjoy the trip. The home is cared for and clean. Lots nearby. Easy walk to the beach, from 1st row behind beachfront close to dune crossing.

Amazing Location & Host!

We had an unforgettable weekend as a family of 5. This place is a perfect location (a literal stones throw from the beach) and a perfect little bungalow for a family of 5. The host was so kind and responsive. She even let us stay as late as we wanted on Sunday as it was offseason and there weren't any renters that day. Couldn't have asked for a better little family getaway. Highly recommend and we plan on coming again!

Awesome place!

Diane’s place is fantastic! You can walk to the beach in seconds, it’s literally on the other side of a row of houses. There’s a cool outdoor grilling area and the inside is surprisingly large. Diane was easy to reach and helped with check in and assisted when I was trying to get the grill lit. Kids appreciated having their own rooms with TVs in them. Will definitely be back!

Great Spot

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Communication with the owner was quick and easy and check in went smoothly. The home is one row away from the beach, easy walk to the beach access only a few steps away. Nice neighborhood. Within a 3 min walk to a great restaurant/bar Island Grill. Also a short walk to the pier. Home was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We had 3 couples and this place is super accommodating for all 6 people. All 3 rooms provided queen beds, the two tables had 6 chairs, the couch was a sectional and two additional chairs. We were all very comfortable and not on top of one another! We were able to cook, walk directly onto the beach and relax. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful week

What a wonderful week at this property. Such an easy walk to the beach. Close to family that live here. Plenty of room. Teenage kids enjoyed the separation from parents of the layout and televisions in their rooms. Everything you need. The owner was easy to communicate with and so flexible. We definitely plan to be back!

A perfect Atlantic Beach Location!!

Wonderful location. Easy, barefoot walk to the beach in just seconds. Beautiful and spacious kitchen and 2 dining areas. Beautiful and spacious living room. 3 large bedrooms with queen beds. Parking for 3 vehicles. Great facilities. I didn't interact with the host much because we had no issues at all with the property. But when I did responses were quick.

Terrific Location

House is one row back from the beach and you can see a sliver of ocean from the kitchen window. Public access is about a 2 minute walk from your door. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with supplies, including dishwasher tabs, trash bags, paper towels, etc. Lots of beach chairs too. A hose was available to rinse your feet off, which was nice. A/C was ice cold, which was very welcoming after being out in the heat! We didn't have any issues, except that the house wasn't very clean. Oven was gross, toilets not clean, vents desperately needed cleaned and there was dust on the tops of the curtains. Not sure if the owner is aware of this or not. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Super cute

This was a last minute decision to go to Atlantic Beach, and this house could’ve not been any better to stay at. We had plans to visit Fort Macon first and then check in at 3 to go to the beach. I received a message from the owner about 10am, that we can check in anytime. This was even more convenient due to us haveing brought coolers with food and drinks, so it was nice to take it to the house first before exploring and having to worry about it getting warm. The rooms and dining/living room are very spacious and we could have fit another 10 people and there still would have been plenty of space LOL. The beach access was on street over (5min walk) and it was not crowded. The owner did make me aware that they do not provide Towle’s or sheets, was a little different but I did not mind bringing my own. If I ever come back to Atlantic Beach, this is the place I will say.
