"Perfectly located on the beach. Hotel was beautiful but food was horrible. Just checked out today and left hungry. Only meal that was decent was breakfast buffet. Other restaurants were only open at dinner time plus you needed reservations. There’s only a Mexican, Italian & Asian. Felt safe but was hungry. Also no jacuzzi only pool"

"Not a good relaxing place to be at!!! Room service needs to be called multiple times if there’s a problem in the room like the clogged bathroom sink in our case. Overwhelming packed pools, beach lounge chairs are limited and if you want to have a lounge near the shore, you have to rent umbrellas and chairs. Food was average we ended up going out for food or using uber eats. They have one restaurant that needs reservation but we ended up moving our reservation from a Tuesday to Thursday but the staff doesn’t speak English we ended up loosing our reservation which was a bit annoying and we already planned ahead we ended up again going downtown to have dinner. Krystal Vallarta is a waste of money! "

"The property itself is very beautiful. But the rooms are very poorly maintained. We did not have any hot running water for our shower. The pool for the swim-up rooms (2) that we reserved was very dirty very poorly kept chipped tile, uneven steps. The kitchen staff was absolutely wonderful but the receptionist that greeted us was very unpleasant. (Alex) he did explain how to make the reservation for the restaurants on the property. We arrived at 1:30 and and had asked for early check in and was not allowed to go to our rooms till after 4:30 . "
