"For the price, you are paying for the amazing loch views, and quiet serenity. Staff was very nice and helpful, food was great. However the owners need to update the rooms at this price point. I don’t mind experiencing the old charm of Scotland but not if it’s 1985 charm. Bathroom needs updating, even a curved shower curtain would go a long way. Wooden Floors are extremely creaky. "Was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness & comfort of the hotel. The outside of the bldg & location seem a bit messy/rough. Our room was quite small, but the lobby decor & friendliness of the staff made up for our cramped quarters. The location was close to guided tour meeting points & shopping. "
