"I loved it here! You couldn’t ask for nicer people. Helpful, personable, and friendly staff. The beds I am going to miss, best beds ever! I loved my stay. Close to the bus station and train station. I walked to both every day I was there. Anything I needed, even when it was out of the realm of their service, they helped me with. Brilliant staff!"

"Unique hotel right inside the South Gatwick terminal. All the shops restaurants literally an elevator ride away. If you’ ve a connecting flight from North America book it the day and use the Bloc as a “jet lag” oasis. Love this hotel."

"The check procedure was extremely painful and long winded. The receptionist had poor English and was taking forever. At one point, we though we didn't have a booking. It was explained that he was trying to put ourselves and our friends in adjacent rooms - the reality was, we ended up on different floors! By this time, our table booking at nearby restaurant was in danger of being lost, so we just took the rooms allocated. "

"Our triple room was a little tight but it worked. Beautiful old mansion, the dinner and breakfast was lovely. The hotel is down a quiet lane which we wheeled our suitcases along from the reasonably located bus stop. Warren House is a bit isolated to shops but reasonably located to bus stops."
