Loved our stay loved the coffee machine and amenities and staff were absolutey fantastic, The only issue we had was with our bed, I think 2 singles put together and we kept dipping in the middle needs a better mattress too, but a great stay and would definitely stay again and breakfast was lovely too

Easy quick check-in. Room average size with good size bed. Bathroom good, tea/coffee facilities excellent. Steak meal was excellent.

Hotel is in a good location. Close to city centre just a few minutes walk to London Road (Guildford) Station.

Beautiful hotel, recently renovated which means they have state of the showers, beautiful throws and proper duvets, spotless white gorgeous bedding, fantastic decor throughout the hotel. The rooms are separated slightly from the fullers pub with a separate entrance. The breakfast was fabulous where you can order from a menu and food is made to order and fresh, included full English breakfast, eggs florentine, pancakes with fruit and maple syrup, porridge with fresh fruit. Great initial welcome from Mike, backed up by some wonderful idiosyncratic features that uplifted the stay. Complimentary Sipsmiths Sloe Gin in the room, choice of two single malt whiskies (also complimentary) and freshly brewed coffee at the refreshments station were unexpected and warmly enjoyed! Handy hotel to stay at if you are visiting places like Thorpe Park, Chessington and Lego. Excellent customer service, great rooms with no end of amazing places to eat on the doorstep.

This is a first class boutique pub. Bedroom was lovely, quiet and comfortable. (Though there could be more shelving for toiletries).Restaurant provided an excellent range of evening meals and breakfast options to a very high standard. All staff were extremely polite

The hotel is easy accessible via the eighth floor of the adjoining car park, which takes you straight into the hotel reception. The hotel is very clean and stylish, however we wasn’t aware that it was very high up. We was on the 16th floor and my son was very scared to look out of the bedroom window or go into the lift.
