"Amazing property with easy access to the bay shoreline. Great location to explore the area and an amazing space to relax - even in wet weather. The conservatory space is a game changer!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Glenegedale House. Emma and Graham are lovely hosts. The house and surrounding area is stunningl. We enjoyed cocktails in the evening and the breakfasts were superb. We can no longer have porridge without Lafroaig. When you stay at Glenegedale House you feel as if you're visiting family. Thank you Emma and Graham!"

"We are not golfers, but found this hotel an excellent, though expensive, place to stay. It had lots of amenities to appeal to non golfers and was in an excellent location with very helpful staff. A car is essential to stay here. The breakfast was very good, as I am sure was the dinner. However we chose not to have dinner as there didn't appear to be much plain food on the menu. Although it may have been possible to ask for this, we felt the price being asked reflected the complexity of the menu, and plain food would not have been value for money."

"The bungalow was perfect for our family's stay in Bruichladdich. It was clean and modern and the views across the bay are beautiful. The mini market just a couple of doors down is perfect for coffee and breakfast sandwiches in the morning. Claire was a great host, very responsive to questions and check-in and check-out were very easy."

"Couldn’t fault the property or the staff. The amenities are as best as you could expect in such a small island. Manager was very helpful and chatty I would recommend the Colonsay Hotel for shorts stays , not because there is anything wrong with it , the staff , ir the island but it is a small island and there is only so much you can do. Beaches are stunning and so is the walk across The Strand to the Isle of Oransay"
