Everything is as very nice but I was rather disappointed with the breakfast. There were no eggs and after waiting longer than I could, I had to leave and they still didn’t have anymore out. They could have used better planning there. Otherwise I was very pleased.

The website said that there was a gym and there was not, there were photos of the gym and that didn't exist. The sheets smelled like a campfire and i didn't even shower bc I just wanted it off there and it was the most expensive place to stay!!

The hotel and staff were great. The only issue we had, and this is not the hotels fault, was the fact that whoever was staying in the room above us ran back and forth across there room all night and they had a pretty heaving step.

This is our go-to property when we visit Craig. The property is always awesome. The only reason I gave 4 stars for Property Condition & Facilities is because we had a handicap-accessible room as I am having some health issues. While the shower had plenty of bars in it, the only thing to keep me slipping from slipping in the shower was a very small 12"X 18" bath mat. Not sufficient. Turned in the shower and the mat crinkled up and came loose and I fell. I was in a position where I could not reach a bar and grabbed onto the shower curtain and it pulled out of the wall. I fell out of the tub/shower. I would suggest that rather than just the small bathmat the handi-cap restroom has non-slip strips on the bottom of the tub.

We’ve stayed at this property in the past so when passing through Craig, it’s our choice. The only complaint I would have is the TV channels didn’t show info so it was a stab in the dark as to what choices we had. We watched part of a movie and still have no clue what the title was. Not a big deal but it may be to someone who uses TV more.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hot tub was not bubbling properly and smelled of chlorine. The eggs, potatoes, and French toast bread sticks looked good, but were not hot - they were lukewarm the 4 mornings we had breakfast at the hotel. However, the bacon was very good and hot. They also had fresh blueberries and a nice selection of fresh fruit.
