"Absolutely loved everything about Kintail Lodge ! Our room was literally brand new with so many amenities, extremely comfortable with unbeatable view of the loch. We had drinks & dinner at the lodge and enjoyed amazing food and drinks with great service. The next morning walked to Wee Bun house and our group bought almost every irresistible sweet and coffees, just wonderful! Highly recommend!!"

Sleepy Hollow was decorated to a high standard and positioned in a great area, very close to Eilean Donan castle which is stunning. Well worth a visit. "This was our best stay on our whole trip to Scotland. While, it was a little off the beaten path, it provided a quiet, cosy oasis after we had been staying in towns in lodges without parking for our car. Achmore had ample parking on site. "We really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage suited our needs, and we appreciated the amenities in the cottage, including the laundry, kitchen and shower facilities. The setting is lovely and quiet, and we enjoyed walking and exploring the village, the stunning views, and finding sea glass by the shore. "It was way overpriced, everything felt & appeared run down. On entering the room the bed appeared unmade, the towels were worn out and ripped as soon as used. There was a strong smell of cigarettes through the evening coming in the room. We left the room at 6.30am the next morning because we just had to get out. One positive which didn't make up for the negatives was the view of the Loch from the room - through filthy windows !"
