"Location and access is excellent. The staff, as ever, were superb and attentive to our needs. Bedroom was sparklingly clean and the bed very comfortable. However, room was very hot and air-conditioning not working (showing Error 004) and the stand-alone heater/fan rather flimsy and very noisy. Also the bathroom was looking a bit tired. But our needs were met and we would stay there again if in the area. "

"We had a fantastic stay at the Kings Head Hotel in Cirencester. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcomed from start to finish. The rooms were incredibly comfortable—uniquely decorated, clean, and a perfect place to relax. The recently remodeled rooftop bar and dining area was a real highlight. The food was delicious, the cocktails were creative and refreshing, and the atmosphere made it a lovely place to unwind. The hotel also provided us with a walking guide of the city, which turned out to be the perfect way to explore Cirencester’s charming streets and historical spots at our own pace. "I have stayed in this hotel a number of times and every time is better than the last. I didn’t give a full 5 star rating this time as the lift was not working. Apart from that everything and everyone was 5 star and I definitely recommend anyone visiting Cheltenham to stay at the Hotel du Vin"

"We had a lovely night at this hotel when attending one night at the 2000 Trees festival nearby. The girl at front desk was very friendly and helpful. We used the gym, pool, sauna and steam rooms. All were very clean. Our room was soa ious enough for 3 adults. The air con was very welcome in the 30 degree heat outside and the beds were super comfy. We would not hesitate to come back."
