17th century converted barn in Cotswolds stone- 5 mins from Bourton On The Water
10/10 Excellent
"Janey’s home is exceptional. She was very quick to respond to questions and made every effort to address our needs. We loved having modern amenities with all the charm of this converted barn in a small village. The property includes a small apple orchard, lovely garden and patio with table and chairs. My 19 year old son loved the privacy he got in the shepherd’s hut located next to the main house-(double bed with a sink/ toilet separated from the bedroom area by a curtain). The location was an ideal for exploring the Cotswolds. The New Inn in neighboring Coln St. Aldwyns was an outstanding find for delicious, creative food and friendly staff. We spent 5 days and easily could have spent more time. "

Chapel Cottage, spacious light and airy cottage in the Cotswolds AONB
10/10 Excellent
"Chapel Cottage is a spacious but cozy quaint home that is incredibly convenient to nearby county sites, villages, gardens and museums.Sophia and Hugh were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed several conversations when we just happened to be out in the adjoining gardens at the same time. The cottage kitchen is well stocked for cooking and many DVDs, books, and games are available. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would not hesitate to rent Chapel Cottage again."
"It is such a lovely property with great proximity to some of the more central Cotswold villages. We loved the host and enjoyed the personal touches! "
Delightful detached 2 bedrooms 2 en-suites cottage in the heart of the Cotswolds
10/10 Excellent
"Thank you so much, we had a lovely stay with our chihuahua, the property is much bigger than it looks in the pics and was very clean when we arrived, the courtyard is lovely and secure and the location is perfect. The beds are also really comfy!!!"
"Let's talk about charm! This property is overflowing with wonderful English charm, clean and well-appointed amenities, and close access to all the wonderful things both Northleach and the Cotswolds have to offer. You are going to be pampered in the master bed, spoiled rotten in the beautiful bathroom, and exquisitely comfortable in the ground floor living area. You are no more than 5 minutes by foot from an excellent pub, Sherborne Arms, and very cute wine bar, The Curious Wine Cellar, in the market square. Also not a minute or two more past that and you're at a wonderful restaurant called The Wheatsheaf. Northleach is central to almost anything you want to see in the Cotswolds...castles, farms, iconic views, Oxford and Cambridge, etc. We would HIGHLY recommend booking this property for two and getting to know the English countryside!"
