Alonso from the front desk was very disrespectful and their pickup staff mixed up our reservation for transportation and left us waiting for them in the middle of the night at the airport."

"The rooms upon arrival need to be inspected. I had to room change multiple times, 1st room was dirty and the 2nd room had a broken tv with no tube curtain. They did come quickly to address the issue with the TV, however after traveling over 8 hours and multiple trips to the front desk more than an apology was expected. The bar, pool and restaurant staff were very pleasant. The food could use an overhaul and update the entertainment. Transportation should also be provided or at least cheaper than the airport service. "
