"Entiendo que la dueña es una estadounidense pero el alojamiento está en Costa Rica, por lo que al no hablar español el idioma nativo de mi país Costa Rica se hizo algo complicado el tema de la comunicación, posterior cuando llegamos al lugar nadie nos recibió, el lugar no está a 15 minutos de playa Carrillo como lo indica y tampoco se indica que está en una montaña por lo que no me pareció correcto que se omitieran esos detalles y sobre todo lo más molesto la piscina estaba sucia y no tenía luz...

"The hotel was clean, but a bit outdated. The staff was very nice and hospitable. Getting the mini-bar restocked was a challenge at times, as was getting more than one towel per person. The food in the restaurants, for the most part, was good. Restaurants don't take reservations, so you do need to be in line early to get a seat. They only do two seatings, one at 5:00 pm and one at 7:00 pm. The Monkey Bar is definitely worth the walk. You'll be greeted by the monkeys along the walk, and the food and drinks are definitely authentic. (Take some grapes or bread from the buffet to have a really cool monkey experience.)"
