Basic hotel but clean, friendly owner, well located, good value

Location is wonderful in the old town, with coffee and pastry shop next door - was open at 8am. Quirky with everything you need in a small but lovely room with fridge and TV and en-suite shower room. Well decorated and clean. Only suggestion for hotel would be hooks to hang the towels in the room we were in.

Rota is a lovely old Spanish town with good facilities and interesting shops. There are plenty of bars and restaurants and the prices are generally lower than busier resorts. The hotel is in a prime location by the beach but also convenient for the old town. The room was large and well furnished and was spotless. The hotel has an excellent restaurant facing the beach and a very nice pool with sunbathing areas on two levels. Highly recommended.

Everything was super well. The room was super clean and good staff. Breakfast excellent. Relaxing place and beautiful. Ideal to get away. Pool was ideal. Restaurant a bit expensive for a buffet. It is a small hotel 5 min walk from the beach. My room was located on the ground floor, it was nice, not too big but very pleasant. The only one thing that bothered me was the fact that you could hear all conversations in the reception and a noise from a bar/restaurant attached to the hotel, it was a problem late at night or very early in the morning. Staff was very pleasant even not everyone can speak English but they definitely willing to help. Hotel is only 7 min walk from a bus station if...

What a fantastic hotel in Sanlúcar! The staff was welcoming, and my room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The space is thoughtfully designed and incredibly convenient. I hope to return in the summertime to enjoy the pool—it’s truly a lovely spot. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! (Oh, and the shower in the washroom was fantastic. Very important!)

This apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Photos are true to the reality. Good wifi, beautiful terrace great shower and fabulous communication. Access and check in were super easy and safe. We loved our stay here and will be back! Thank you.

The hosts were very welcoming, ambience and the property are lovely and a wonderful location. Roof terrace is superb and honesty bar as well. So lovely wished I had booked more days... next time

This is a 1star hotel, but this doesn’t do it justice. It is a superb, clean, welcoming hotel in the centre of Cadiz. I’ve visited Cadiz 5x and this is the perfect location- one minute walk from the cathedral, three to the amazing food market. Really friendly staff. The bed is super comfortable, the a/c is excellent and a great shower. I travelled all over Spain for 3 weeks and this was the bargain of the trip. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this Hotel. The location is perfect. Our room was lovely and staff and service was excellent. Would highly recommend for a short break in Cádiz and would stay there again if visiting this beautiful city. The hotel is an easy walk from the train and bus station

Excellent property in the centre of town. 7mins walk to the beach. Property modern,clean,well equipped & Exceeded expectations. Welcome water & drinks topped up regularly with sweets & chocs left in the room daily. Staff all helpful & friendly.nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast in nearby cafe with lots of excellent choice. Would highly recommend.
