Beautiful Place
This was our first time in Tennessee and we couldn't be happier with this place! It was so cute and clean. The view of the river and waterfall was so beautiful! We slept with the door open most nights to listen to the water. The property was very clean and the perfect size for us. And Gatlinburg wasn't a far drive! There is a lot of traffic on the road but we couldn't even hear it. We will definitely be back and will be staying here again! :)

Loud and most unrestful Smoky mountain stay in my life
Could not wait to see what Cosby was like...it's a long highway with old buildings, the cabin is situated right on a flowing stream, that is amazing and loud, but it's healing and I loved it...it's so loud I couldn't play my littlle blue tooth speaker on the porch...but it was fine, except for some garbage in the stream...I was going to get it but it wasn't safe for me to do it alone...customer service or whomever I email was rude and short...there is a wedding or reception venue straight across the creek and they had an event, the DJ and the music was so loud I had to leave a day early and of course was not offered a refund or partial refund, so book at your own risk...after a 10 mile hike I was so ready to have a cup of coffee and relax, but I had to drive 1.5 hours home...never again, honestly growing up in those mountains and staying in many different towns, counties and states...Cosby will be the last place I'll stay, this cabin is literally 10 feet from the highway...I didn't realize and people up there have exceptionally loud cars...Sorry I just can't recommend this place or company to anyone...

absolutely beautiful place, very clean my favorite had to be the porch and just listening to the waterfall. the only thing that wasn’t the best was the drive to gatlinburg and pigeon forge. it was about a 40 min drive to both. but other than that it was a great stay.

Cute cozy getaway
This place is easy to find, clean and well cared for. Sitting outside on the rocking chairs listening to the stream was great! I would suggested bringing a little blanket with you during the cooler months. We had such a wonderful peaceful trip. I would highly suggest this little cozy getaway.

Super clean!
Possibly the cleanest place we've stayed at, and I'm super picky. Cabin is actually roomier than pics show. Loved the little lighted makeup vanity with seat. I gave it 4 stars for location, but that was the worst part AND the best part. The worst was that the front was close to a road which was noisy all night. (Granted, it was the Saturday night after Halloween. The next night, Sunday, was totally quiet.) The best part was the back that overlooked a lovely creek and foliage. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the screened in porch. Hope to return for spring blooms.

Love the water!
Very cozy studio cabin, next to creek. While a little chilly, we still got to enjoy the creek after a rain. While adjacent highway noise was moderate, it was nothing unnerving at night. A sleep/sound machine would virtually eliminate that. Cabin was well-equipped, comfortable and a nice place to get away from Gatllnburg's traffic.

Pros: Beautiful creek runs right next to the property, fishing(trout) possible(bring your trout license), wonderful amenities, fully appointed, looks brand new inside and out(super clean!), close enough to attractions, but far enough away to avoid heavy traffic Cons: Sits very close to a road that is heavily traveled at times(road noise a little rough during sleeping hours) We wished that the listing had made clear that it is very close to a road, as we expected it to be more remote. But, the property was extremely nice.

Simply Amazing
The pictures don't do it justice. This place is amazing and close to everything yet away from everything to enjoy the peace and quiet...especially on the screened in porch. Close to all the major attractions and awesome restaurants in the local vicinity. If you want a relaxing, fun packed vacation, you need to book this place!

Cozy with Creek view
The cabin was clean and comfortable. Not far from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Enjoyed the creek view next to the cabin from the screened in porch. It was a nice place to come back to rest after a long day riding in the park and touring the area.

Nothing fancy, but everything you need.
Stayed here for a week to explore and hike in the national park. Cabin was super clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a "homebase". A/C and dehumidifier kept everything cool and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. Screened in porch next to the creek was a nice place to relax in the evenings.

We loved the coattage and porch with the river. It was very relaxing. We also enjoyed eating at the locals. The cottage was very quaint and just what I needed for relaxing and stress relief. Definitely will be back.

Relaxing Creek Getaway
We loved our stay in this cabin. It was very clean and what we needed right on the creek. We loved the screened in porch to enjoy a cup of coffee and to just listen to the flowing water off the rocks. It was located centrally to lots of activities whether you want a quite scenic drive, visit Gatlinburg or Newport, TN. Thanks for sharing your place with us, we will definitely visit again.

A lot of road noise. Inaccuracy of property listing
Jacuzzi tub does not hold water and bugs all throughout the home. Just off the highway so loads of road noise. The screened in patio was nice as well as the river. Paid for 4 nights and we checked out the morning after checking in due to lots noise and the cleanliness (bugs) of home. A whole lot of money $600.00 for one night. Still have not received our $200.00 deposit.

Just enough space for the two of us and we really enjoyed our stay. I appreciate having more towels and wash rags available as well as extra trash bags. They thought of the guests and supplied extra toilet paper too!! These are things I look for with a rental 🤩

Fabulous! Highly recommend!
Perfect for couples! Very clean, wonderful view of the creek! Close to park and other activities. We drove in from MI, spent 6 nights. Bring extra TP if staying more than a couple days (a tip I read from another review) and we brought our own portable grill. There are plenty of dishes and pans but we brought our own frying pan (because we're weird that way) but you shouldn't need much else. Food and drinks and personal items. Loved wading through the creek and the screened porch is awesome! We will be back, thank you!

Absolutely perfect!
We had a wonderful experience! Cottage was exactly as described. Owners were great to deal with and offered suggestions on dining. And the creek, you ask? We literally spent hours on the little screened in porch just soaking in the sounds and watching the water. Cosby is close enough to ‘the action’ if you want to visit, but such a wonderful quiet location to just reconnect with nature……and the people there are so friendly and helpful. We loved our week in this beautiful cottage!!!

Cabin was comfortable and nice. Being told that we didn’t have a grill because of how previous guests treated it was upsetting, but did come up with one for our use after complaining. No fire pit was a big disappointment . Also being told it was not advertised that way was not true and felt very insulted trying to communicate with host. Also got covered in bug bites while there.

We’re sorry that you were disappointed with your stay however we do not and have never had a fire pit at this cabin and we don’t advertise nor imply that it has one. Also the grill had been taken out of service and we no longer include it as an amenity.

Home away from home
This was the perfect place for my wife and I. Close to the National Park for all day outdoor enjoyment and breathtaking views. As well as far enough away from the Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge tourist areas, to be able to enjoy the scenery on the way there. Also, the cabin was equipped for us to prepare our own meals throughout the week. So we did save quite a bit of money. And we loved it. We will keep this cabin in mind for next year in hopes that it will be available for our next vacation.

Cute place, all information not clear
The place was on the creek as pictured and lovely but it's also on a major road so the sound of traffic was constant. Also, when we arrived, within a minute the property manager arrived telling us that we could not park our motorcycle trailer at the property. He let us know that we could park it just down the road which turned out to be a 40 minute round trip excursion. There was definitely some options for parking on the property and it did not feel hospitable to have to drive that much to drop off a trailer after just arriving. The place met our basic needs but was not was we hoped for.

I want to clarify! That was the owner of the property not the property manager that spoke to you! Our listing is very clear on this issue that parking is available for one vehicle only! We’re sorry for your inconvenience but please don’t blame us as the information is quite clear and was in place long before you booked the cabin!

Birthday get a way
The cabin and the property was clean. We were not happy that the security lights did not work that are at the rear of the cabin. We were very upset that you advertised one of the amenities was a gas grill. Upon arrival there was none. After contacting the property manager, we were informed that it had been removed because the last tenets had left it dirty and unusable. and one was not going to be available for our use. If we had been properly notified, we could have brought one with us, instead of having to purchase one unnecessarily at the local Walmart in order to grill the meat we brought with us. But other wise we had a very enjoyable and relaxing visit and will diffidently return.

This was an excellent place! Back porch comfy rockers, the creek water rushing over the rocks... just a little slice of heaven. My only complaint: add a hand rail to the steps! Not easy when you're my age and arthritic when the steps are tall.

Fantastic!
Perfect stay, cabin was clean and cozy. River was beautiful. Cabin looked much better than the pictures. Only downfall is the noise from the busy highway but that didn’t bother us too much. Kitchen is fully stocked. Overall it was a great getaway for my husband and I to spend some time together away from our kids for the weekend. We will be back!

Clean; comfortable and noisy
Although clean and comfortably furnished we were disappointed in our stay. Renters cannot burn candles so we were not able to have a romantic candlelight dinner nor have candles surround us while in the jacuzzi. The small, 5" high gas flame barely discernible in the fire place was also a minor let down. It is the traffic on the highway that runs about 25' from our windows that was so terrible. In the morning during breakfast, in the evening at dinner, while sitting out back or in the swings, even all during the night we heard the passing cars, trucks and motorcycles buzz our cabin. It is most unfortunate and left us with an unpleasant stay and is the main reason I cannot recommend this cabin.

Tranquil Retreat
Beautiful spot on Cosby Creek. The cabin really is right on the edge of the beautiful Smokey Mountains. The cabin was very clean & had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Though on a very busy highway, the sound of the rushing water was very tranquil.
