"Parking is secure, but a little tight to gain access if you have an extra large car, the building is lovely very oldy worldy feel, staff are lovely friendly & helpful, food, good choice & breakfast was lovely, only complaint it could have all been hotter. but would stay here again."

The Staff are friendly and helpful, Breakfast was ok, Scrambled eggs are I would say being an experienced chef, made from liquid egg, sausages were nothing special, bacon and mushrooms were fine, nice croissants, some breakfast cereal, average breakfast, Our room was very clean ,smelled fresh, including the en suite toilet."

"It’s a really beautiful place in a beautiful location. The rooms were old worlde and the food was delicious but we need an early breakfast ( it was included in our option) and not offering breakfast before 8 am at weekends is no good as we’re early risers so we were disappointed"

"Rooms clean and warm but could do with a freshen up decoratively. Staff were very helpful. My only issue was the lack of disabled facilities. The ground floor rooms were sorted, but no walk in shower was available for us, and the small lift in the bar area was not working, nor did I see anyone attending to it during our 2 night stay. This limited where my family could sit for meals."
