"I only stayed briefly for 1 night, I arrived late and left the following morning. , so not there to use any amenities."

"Staff were lovely and the room was delightful. As always, the location is perfect for walking. Service in the restaurant is friendly but has room for improvement (eg taking plates away promptly, and presenting wine at the right temperature (red wine temp was good on one day, but far too cold the next). It would be useful when booking if it were clearer that there is a restricted menu Sun - Tues. Overall, we really appreciate the welcome here."

"Room was ideal for our overnight stay, it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. "
