When hunger arises, the well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. When it's time to eat, dine with your favorite people at the lovely dining table. Smart TVs are available in both the bedrooms and the living room. With ultra-plush beds, ceiling fans, and central air - rest assured that everyone will feel content and comfortable. A private washer/dryer and board games are also available inside, rounding out the townhome's marvelous perks!

Within 20 miles of your stay, enjoy exploring Treasure Island, the Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, Mustang Island State Park, as well as numerous restaurants, and shops. Or, don't go too far and you'll find the community's pool.

Lovely place, we enjoyed hanging out and playing games in the cozy dining/living area. Great layout and the space is well used. Enough space for 10-12 people. It's a perfect place very close to the beach.

If you're seeking a vibrant and lively getaway, look no further! This place offers the perfect blend of tranquility and excitement. Despite our late-night revelry, the neighbors were undisturbed, ensuring a worry-free experience. The convenient proximity to the beach made for effortless mornings, and the private pool was a delightful retreat. We also had the pleasure of preparing a delicious meal for a birthday celebration, and then ventured out to the local beer hut for some fun. This place truly exceeded our expectations and made for an unforgettable trip!

The condo is very spacious and is equiped with everything you will find in a home. Fits up to 12 people. The kitchen and dinning area was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious. The location was ideal. It was walking distance to the beach and close to the shops and restaurants. Loved that pets are permitted! I would definitely stay here again.

The condo had space but the sheets in the closets for extra bedding was dirty or stained. No broom to help keep sand to a minimum and the pool was not nearly the size the photo shows on the site. It was more the size of a bathtub

Location was great. Condo was nice. A few issues and suggestions. We had issues with the front door lock and we were unable to get anyone to help. My husband finally figured it out but it was not logical. The communication with the property manager was decent however they weren’t able to help much. I would suggest a working stand up fan for the bunk bed room as there is not a ceiling fan in that room for safety reasons. I also think that a house with a lot of sand traffic should have an accessible broom. My daughter could never get the upstairs room with the queen bed’s TV to work. Otherwise we had a great get a away to the beach and overall would recommend the property.

The unit is very cute on first look, but both the bathrooms upstairs are in need of a repair. The one must have a leak in it as the one over the closet in the downstairs bathroom leaked on my laptop and all over my clothes. It's lucky I found it when I did or we would have had a bigger problem. The response was horrible and I certainly wouldn't stay in that unit again. If it had some repairs it would be a really lovely place to stay. It was a 7 minute walk to the beach and there's a sidewalk the whole way. The unit was quiet even though we had noisy neighbors. The pool is too small and crowded most of the time. It does have a ton of room and everyone slept very comfortably. There are tons of dishes and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, and more than I've seen in other units. Things they need to add: a full-length mirror, hangers in each of the closets, and a few more towels for large groups.
