We had a slight mix up with our dinner reservation but Brad dealt with it quick and effectively even giving us a courtesy call to let us knkw a table had been available earlier than expected. All staff are friendly and proffesional."

"Hotel great. The pub style restaurant run by a franchisee was very poor in our opinions. The baked Camembert was supposed to come with toast but came with bread so we had to get them to bring toast by which point the cheese was cold. The mains were mediocre in presentation and taste. A true disappointment in foods. "

The atmosphere was quite relaxed, which was very enjoyable. My only minor suggestion would be regarding the bed, which I personally found to be a bit firm. Aside from that, I would gladly stay again and highly recommend it."
